Sales Price

Regarding auction product pricing, the final successful bid price is the sales price of the product.
※Successful Bid price is a tax-excluded price. In addition, in the case of a domestic trade, consumption tax will be charged.

How to Pay

It is total amount cash lump sum payment. Please transfer the total amount to a designated account within 10 days from auction end. We cannot accept a check, a bill and L/C.

Carry Out

At a point in time when the receipt of money of the successful bid price total amount was confirmed, we do delivery of a successful bid article at an indication delivery place. Please come to pick up it than the auction end within 2 weeks. We support one of them after 2 weeks and have charges for storage custody of 1,000 JPY per day.
In addition, it is that it with a successful bidder the burden about progress and the damage of an article by weather in deterioration of the article which occurred during safekeeping, time, and our company does not take responsibility at all.

Guarantee of an article

In addition, we cannot accept an objection, cancellation based on a list or a misprint in information on a homepage or inaccuracy at all.

Contract performance

When payment of the purchase price is not performed within 10 days after end for the auction and time, you become a breach of contract. On that occasion SACOS Net AUCTION can remove a sales contract for a successful bidder and collects 20% of a successful bid price for money of the violation.
